A Fluently Bilingual Executive with a proven track record in coaching and growing sales professionals to drive the achievement of sales targets. As an executive, I have vast experience in process building, business modernization and project management – improving the ability to achieve business goals.

In University, I read Moneyball at least a dozen times, mesmerized by the combination of sports, analytics, and divergent thinking. I’ve carried these lessons with me throughout my career – working hard to achieve targets while always looking to document and improve business processes, utilize data to improve our decision-making, and working to automate repetitive functions.

After 10 years in business development in the professional sports industry, I moved to the world of recruiting, where I could have a greater impact on businesses and professionals by exploring the employment needs of a company and finding the best candidates.

As part of my duties, I identified opportunities to create/improve processes to help our sales team achieve their goals and provide better client service.

As the CRO of i4C I utilize these diverse experiences to help government departments and private sector companies improve their business process, better utilize their data and work more efficiently.
