Applying for your dream job and need to make sure your resume is perfect?
✅STAND OUT! If you’re in sales/recruiting – most salespeople will write that they may cold calls, book meetings/interviews, attend meetings…etc. But did you overachieve these targets which led to your success? State this with the results of overachieving.
✅ PROBLEM SOLVE. In this accelerated time, hiring managers are looking for individuals who can problem-solve and adapt to different situations. Use examples of problem-solving in your resume. Did you create a new process to complete your work? Did you complete a task or project that others couldn’t?
✅ FOCUS ON YOU – Don’t leave any ambiguity to the work you completed vs the work team completed. Use action words and don’t be passive, ensure that the understanding is there that you complete the work.
